What’s New at Sandals Resorts?

Sandals Resorts, Grande St. Lucian

Leah just returned from the Sandals Resorts Overdrive event!  This event takes place once a year.  Many of the resort General Managers and other resort staff attend to talk directly to the travel agents, answer questions, and show what is new and what is coming to the Sandals Resorts brand.

Sandals Resorts is one of my “go-to” a preferred adults-only, all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean islands.  Sandals has a long history of great customer service, good food options (including special dietary needs), cleanliness, and customer reviews.

Why does Sandals stand out from other all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean?  Here are my top reasons:

All Watersports Are Included

Sandals has the largest water sports operation in the Caribbean with a fleet of over 270 boats comprising dive, waterskiing, glass bottom boats, tubing, and non-motorized activities, e.g. snorkeling, kayaks, paddle boarding, and hobie cats.

Constant Sandals Resorts Updates

Sandals is always renovating or touching up their resorts.  Sandals Montego Bay just had a 100% renovation and the resort is completely gorgeous!  The Red Lane Spa at Sandals Royal Caribbean was recently gutted and remodeled to provide outside cabins and a larger indoor spa setting.  Sandals Emerald Bay opened 3 new restaurants in June 2017.  And even though Sandals Barbados is only a year old they are adding more rooms to their Club and Butler levels!

Restaurants are Always Included

Sandals has true unlimited dining options.  There are no checks, no tipping, no drink tabs, no pre-set dining times, no charges for specialty restaurants, and no extra charges for premium alcohol.  And, when lobster is in season, you can find lobster on the menu at all of their resorts.
